Thanks to your great generosity, the ROCOR mission in Costa Rica bought an almost new Toyota Yaris.
We have collected over $20,000 for the mission, which allowed them to get a much better car than they initially hoped for.
According to matushka Elena Aragon, when Fr Ignacio, saw the car, he couldn't believe anyone would care so much as to buy this nice of a car for his use.
"He was nearly crying when he saw it," she wrote to the FFA, "And I was nearly crying when I saw his reaction."
For the first time in years the small ROCOR mission in Coronado now has regular Saturday night and weekday services. Fr Ignacio comes to visit his parishioners during the week. And, thanks to you, his trips home in the new car take only 45 minutes, not 2.5 hours by two buses, like before. Thank you so very much for your incredible generosity! You didn't just give the mission a car. You gave them a vibrant liturgical life and your spiritual and moral support. It was priceless!
